What are we without our health? There are some things we cannot control such as the type of cancer we get or a type of genetic condition passed down from family. However, diabetes, heart disease, obesity, joint conditions conditions, high blood pressure, and collectiand cholesterol are some of the things we can control. I once heard it said that when we fail to make right nutrition decisions we are chewing away at our health literally. Today, I encourage you to put your health first. I encourage you to be present on what things you are doing to improve or decrease your health and course correct as needed. take care of you, your loved ones deserve the best version of yourself.
