Effective July 1st, 2022, Colorado has implemented a new retail delivery fee. Merchants must now collect a fee of $0.27 from the purchaser on any order that is to be delivered by motor vehicle in Colorado, to be remitted to the State. In this video, Joseph gives an overview of what this means for merchants, and how to be sure you are compliant.
