This is a product from Giftmax called 3-way Gopro Arm, a knock-off obtained from Amazon India e-commerce site.
I couldn't afford the original version, hence went for this knock off brand.
It might be little plasticy and filmsy...but it can do a lot more for it's value.
I've been having good time using it.
