Boston's business community is still trying to recover from a pandemic that impacted every business and every worker. But Black and Brown business owners face additional challenges presented by COVID-19 and ongoing systemic inequalities. What will it take for these businesses to not only survive, but thrive?

Join host Dan Lothian and local business leaders Nia Grace, owner and operator of Darryl’s Corner Bar & Kitchen, co-founder of the Boston Black Hospitality Coalition and the owner of The Underground Café + Lounge, Heather White, CEO and Founder of TrillFit, Clyde Simms, co-founder of Rev’d Indoor Cycling, Nicole Obi, president and CEO of the Black Economic Council of Massachusetts, Segun Idowu, chief of economic opportunity and inclusion for the City of Boston and James E. Rooney, president and CEO of The Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce. These guests will share their thoughts on the state of BIPOC business ownership in Boston live at the Boston Public Library on Thursday, March 31 at 5:30 p.m. ET.
