Julie DeBondt is the founding director of Property Home Base. Based in Melbourne, her company assists both buyers and vendors in purchasing or selling their properties. Julie started her career in real estate in 2002. After struggling with micromanagement, she decided to quit her job as a selling agent in 2013 and take the leap into buyer’s advocacy. Through her current company, she has now aided hundreds of first-home buyers in the purchase of their properties, placing a strong emphasis on low, flat fees in an attempt to make buyer’s agents more accessible to the general public.
