In this episode, I start out giving advice on networking with high net worth individuals. More than likely, you can have great private investors that aren’t even millionaires! You can look at old money in country clubs, charities, etc. while you can get new money with stock and crypto investors! I also almost never raise money from other real estate investors because they can make more money doing their own projects.
