Manohar Adhikari is the founder and MD of foodmandu.com, a restaurant food delivery e-commerce enterprise in Kathmandu that has been in operation since 2011. Foodmandu is the first and only company in Nepal that now delivers meals from over 100 different eateries in Kathmandu to your home. It was a difficult undertaking, from finding out how to keep meals warm during delivery to recognizing the correct residences in our community, which did not have a solid culture of utilizing street addresses. When they first started, they only had four employees; today, they have over 250 employees.
