Uche Ukonu : I'm Uche Ukonu Jnr, a graduate of Information and Communications Engineering. I have been working in the food industry for a little over 6 years, in which time I have started (and closed) two food delivery services. In my spare time I run a Catfish farm that I grew from 100 to 10,000 fish in 3yrs.
