Slow EBay Holiday Sales? & The Parts Or Repair Partial Refund Scam

In this video I discuss how online sales through the Black Friday and Cyber Monday weekend supposedly went up by 15% however I have noticed a 35% decrease in sales over the past month. I also discuss a trend I am noticing where experienced buyers will buy a for parts of repair item and will cite the very problem shown in the listing as reason for you to give them a partial refund. Tis’ the season!
