Today our final province will be Prince Edward Island, the smallest of all Canadian Provinces. PEI or Prince Edward Island has an entrepreneur program and this stream is for entrepreneurs from outside Canada interested in starting a new business or buying an existing business in PEI. It gives a foreign entrepreneur the opportunity to be nominated for permanent residence once their business has been established in PEI. The minimum net worth is 600K Canadian $ and the minimum investment is 1500K. 59 is the maximum age limit. Now, at the time of application, the Entrepreneur must also demonstrate some knowledge of English and English requirement is minimal which may be demonstrated for this program through an IELTS test result with Reading 3.5, Writing 4.0, Listening 4.5 and Speaking 4.0 as the minimum requirement
