When the UK’s Covid-19 lockdown struck, the decision to close Pennyworths seemed inevitable. But with an immediate need to sell their Easter stock, and keen to avoid waste, Jennie Crowhurst opened an eBay store to continue trading. Quickly, she achieved Top Rated Seller status and sales started to grow so rapidly that they’re now opening a second premises to hold stock.
