A busy day in the life vlog of an entrepreneur / writer with kids. Sometimes I’m hesitant to post this type of content, because some people seem triggered by busy days or busy lives, but in the end, I’m sharing to show that you can be productive and still take care of your mental health and relationships.

Being busy like this all the time isn’t sustainable for me, but it is necessary during certain seasons in my business. The key for me is to check in, stay focused, and get support.
