Paytm e-commerce, the entity behind the popular online shopping platform Paytm Mall, has recently undergone a significant transformation. Renamed as Pai Platform from its former identity of Paytm E-commerce Private Limited, this move comes after the company's successful approval of the name change by the Registrar of Companies on February 8th. Reports suggest that the application for this change was filed three months before its approval. In addition to this rebranding, there are speculations surrounding Pai Platform's purported acquisition of Bitsila, a seller platform operating on the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC). However, Paytm has vehemently denied these claims, labelling them as 'misleading'.
