Sept. 28 2021 | Part 1 of the scoping conference of the Workshop on Energy Data in Canada organized by HEC Montréal’s Chair in Energy Sector Management, in collaboration with Statistics Canada and Quebec’s Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources. The objective was to initiate a reflection on the actions to be taken to improve transparency, accessibility and availability of energy data in Canada with the aim of identifying actions to modernize the Canadian approach to energy data for improving decision making on energy transition and decarbonization.
