Every person has an inner text to which s/he compares every information emanating from his/her environment in order to determine what is missing and what had been purposefully omitted.

On overt narcissistic abuse the overt text and the hidden text are the same and require thin or no deconstruction.

In covert narcissistic abuse the overt text has little to do with the covert one and thick deconstruction is required.

Thick deconstruction is disorientating.
