Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC) to give public access by August
A govt initiative to democratise the e-commerce sector
ONDC has been piloted in six cities with positive feedback
As of now, 150 entities have joined the initiative
Seven companies have gone live
A buyer side app, five seller side apps, and one logistics service provider app
They have built ONDC-compatible apps
Initially, ONDC will focus on food and grocery
