Ecommerce brand Bombas sells socks, apparel, and a dose of do-good, feel-good vibes with every item sold. With a mission to donate a pair of socks for every pair sold, the direct-to-consumer brand takes the phrase 'living your values' and integrates it into their very ethos, from head to, well, toe.

Good karma? Sure. Good business? No doubt. Fifty-two percent of shoppers surveyed in our recent Future of Commerce Trends Report are more likely to purchase from a company with shared values, and while some brand's charitable initiatives can seem like a marketing ploy, the Bombas method clearly resonates with both consumers and employees.

The brand's 40 million pairs of socks is evidence of their success, quality, and resonating values.
