Originally from Afghanistan, Sadaf immigrated to Canada with her family after a challenging journey. From that period in her life, the instinct to work hard for your dreams was ingrained in her, and she continued to chase her passion for food in Canada. Charcuterie doesn't exist in Sadaf's culture, and it's also uncommon for a woman to start her own business. Starting her solo Charcuterie business Sadaf has faced unprecedented challenges, but following her instincts and work ethic she has grown her business into a growing success.
