New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo is holding a news conference Thursday on the Covid-19 outbreak, which has infected more than 409,697 people across the state, according to data compiled by Johns Hopkins University. Cuomo said Thursday that there’s been an increase in coronavirus infections among young people compared with other age groups, posing a threat to the state’s reopening plans.
