Today, online reviews are the most important sources of insights for consumers. This means that they can influence future buyers. Consequently, better reviews can increase sales. This is the reason why fake reviews exist. But what are fake reviews? And how can they influence online sales? In this video, I share my take on fake reviews, suggesting the best ways to spot them on e-commerce platforms.
