In this video, I share with you some entrepreneur resources that will hopefully help you navigate difficult situations at work. You see, as a female entrepreneur, you face a unique set of challenges that can make leadership tricky. If you know how to deal with some of these common problems faced by female entrepreneurs, you’ll be able to prevail no matter what gets thrown at you.

Have you ever met someone who is obviously surprised to realize that you hold the position that you do? Unfortunately, when it comes to women in leadership positions, men are often surprised when they discover that a woman is the one in charge.

So what can you do in a situation like this? Well, I used to get furious when this happened. But now I actually take pleasure in it. And you can too. If you can find the humor in these situations, you can handle them with poise. These entrepreneur resources are meant to give you control. If you truly control the situation, you become the picture of success that people are imagining.

Another one of the potentially difficult situations at work is flirting. There can be different varieties of flirting and knowing how to handle these situations will help you remain in control. First of all, it’s important to be aware of when flirting is occurring. When you think flirting is happening, it’s crucial that you speak up. Ask for clarity. What do you want? However you feel in these situations, be honest and don’t be afraid to share it.

Difficult situations at work are not uncommon. But with the right entrepreneur resources, you can learn how to navigate them with grace and authority. As a SheBoss, just remember that you’re in charge.
