She started the brand and grew it completely through digital marketing. She acquired all the important skill sets like graphic designing, digital marketing that is required to grow in today's digital age. She also went ahead with starting in-house manufacturing in her business. Harini says that while growing Earth Rhythm, angel investors often talk about her background if she has been an alumnus of IIT or IIM but even without any top-tier college degree Harini built a multi-crore business.
