My biggest mistake as an entrepreneur is trying to run 2 startups at the same time.
Your original team will feel abandoned, your new team will feel neglected, and it’ll be hard to really learn both domains.
And if either company fails — you’ll never know if it was your lack of focus that caused the failure, or if it was your product.
