The MSME DigiTalks: Accelerating MSME competitiveness through digital transformation hopes to strengthen the campaign to accelerate the digitalization of MSMEs through information sessions on available tools in the market that can help MSMEs improve their business operations and enjoin tech providers, and enablers from both the private and the government to participate in the advocacy. The first season of the DigiTalks was organized every Thursday from October to December 2022.

E-commerce involves transactions of purchase and sale of goods through the internet and one popular transaction is online shopping where customers can buy online since then. It has propelled last March 2020 when health protocols and restrictions started to be implemented.
