Here are a few tips to consider:

1. Customers should have a customer portal or account where they can manage their subscription.
2. Integrate your subscription program with your email platform so you can send emails or other notifications prior to monthly shipments in case changes need to be made.
3. Have a place for customers to manage their payment info in case it needs to be updated. And make sure your fulfillment team stays in the loop when those changes are made!
4. Identify how you’ll communicate to customers when you’re running low on product, product is out of stock, etc.
