Meet Our Experts – Dr Joshua Dwight | Making e-commerce safer for everyone | RMIT Vietnam

In this episode of Meet Our Experts @ RMIT Vietnam, we feature Dr Joshua Dwight, an IT expert and educator dedicated to making the digital world a safer place for all.

Dr Dwight brings over nine years of experience in higher education and over 14 years of professional experience in various IT roles, including significant time managing the e-commerce technology infrastructure at US retail giant Costco.

His current research focuses on critical issues in cyber security, particularly cyber fraud in e-commerce. He's also tackling a pressing global concern: the rise of scam compounds, where individuals are trafficked and forced to commit cyber crimes.

Despite the serious nature of his work, he approaches teaching with humour and positivity, making complex topics engaging and accessible to students.
