Main steps to making our gold chain (see below):

00:00 Weighing the gold to make the chain.
01:28 Melting the two batches of gold to form the two 14k bars to make the chain.
05:03 Molding the bars to the right gauge using the rolling mill and draw-plate machine.
07:22 Forming the gold coil by twisting the wire using two pliers onto a copper bar.
08:30 Cutting the coils to form the individual chain links.
09:24 Cleaning, interlocking, and welding the links together.
12:07 Using an industrial twisting machine and wrenches to align the links.
14:37 Filling process using Shellac glue and files/sandpaper to flatten each side of the chain.
19:54 Touch up inspection and polishing of the chain.
22:22 Making a branded clasp for the Cuban link chain.
24:46 Cutting the chain and attaching the clasp to it.
25:58 The finished chain and dimensions.
