M & A Regulatory Revamp: Is the Innovation Ecosystem at Risk?

On June 28, SBE Council hosted this half-day briefing to explore and discuss the implications and unintended consequences of regulatory and federal legislative action that would significantly intervene in, and alter, the U.S. merger and acquisition (M&A) regulatory framework.
