COD is a curse to the Indian E-commerce industry. Crores and crores of rupees are wasted in the undelivered COD orders also the packing materials used to courier the order add to the cost. In this video, I'm going to call some of the irresponsible customers who have placed COD orders on my website but refused to accept the order during the time of delivery which results in a loss of money for me. At the end of the day, the truth is India is still a poor country and most of the people are illiterate and the first generation E-commerce consumers hence expecting 100% prepaid orders is out of the window. 90% of the orders are COD as Indian customers lack trust and again there are countless fake websites looking for an opportunity to fool somebody for a quick buck so I don't completely blame them for their action
