Remi Smolinski
Dr. Remi Smolinski graduated with a PhD from HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management.
In his research he has focused on theory and practice of negotiation particularly in international settings and innovation management. He was a visiting scholar at Tufts University's Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy and Harvard University’s Program on Negotiation.
Dr. Smolinski has held senior leadership positions in media, e-commerce, banking, and consulting companies, he actively advises his clients on innovation management and trains their executives in negotiation.
Dr. Smolinski has taught negotiation at leading business schools for almost two decades. He is the founder of The Negotiation Challenge, a major international student negotiation competition and the founder and Academic Director of the Center for International Negotiation at HHL.
Prof. Giuseppe Conti
Since 2005, Giuseppe has been an award-winning lecturer at leading business schools throughout Europe (Bayes, BSL, Cambridge, ESADE, ESSEC, HEC Lausanne, HEC Paris, IESE, IMD, Imperial College, INSEAD, London Business School, MSB, Oxford, RSM, SDA Bocconi, University of Geneva, University of St. Gallen, VU Amsterdam).
Giuseppe is also a seasoned negotiator combining academic content with a rich practitioner experience from his senior Procurement and commercial leadership roles within blue-chip multinationals (Procter & Gamble, Novartis, Firmenich and Merck).
More recently, he has become a Professor in Negotiation & Influencing. Giuseppe regularly runs workshops in four continents. To date, corporate leaders from multinational corporations and individuals from over 145 different countries have attended his workshops.
