Levi Roots, also known as Keith Valentine Graham, is a British-Jamaican reggae musician who was nominated for the Best Reggae Act MOBO Award in 1998. He performed “Happy Birthday Mr. President” for Nelson Mandela in his 1996 London trip. In 2007, Roots also appeared on the British television program Dragon’s Den. Aside from being a musician, Roots has a jerk barbecue sauce Levi Roots’ Reggae Reggae Sauce and published the cookbook Levi Roots’ Reggae Reggae Cookbook. He is also a TV personality, having appeared on Caribbean Food Made Easy, Celebrity Mastermind and Big Brother.
