eCommerce is only going to grow eventually taking over traditional retail.
In my opinion, the opportunity for new businesses is in narrow niches. The modern consumer is looking for something that fits their specific lifestyle and values which means there are lots of sub-niches in each category. Even though eCommerce is not the blue ocean it was a few years ago, there are still lots of opportunities out there and the best place to look is in a narrow niche within a bigger market.
So if you ask me is it too late to start Amazon FBA, Shopify or eCommerce? My answer is 'no'.
