Is Alibaba the Best Growth Stock to Buy Now? (BABA Stock Analysis)(Growth Stock)

Alibaba stock (BABA stock) is a buy if you are looking to buy growth stocks for your portfolio. The recent uncertainties caused Alibaba's stock price to drop by 30 percent, considering the company is growing its revenue at 42% year over year since 2018, I consider this a buy at current price level.

Alibaba (BABA) is a large cap e-commerce company with a market cap of around $670billion. The stock is currently trading at the PE ratios of around 35. (with a forward PE of only 19.72). They are consistently generating huge free cash flows year over year and currently valued at 23 times P/FCFs. Compared with some of their peers like Amazon ($AMZN), Jd.com ($JD), Alibaba stock is currently at an attractive price level!! If you are a growth investor and looking for a undervalued/moderately priced growth stock for long term holding, I highly encourage you taking a closer look at the fundamentals of the business and see if there is an investment opportunity here!

Some risks involved are: political situations in China, trade war with USA, clash between Jack Ma and President Xi, etc..

Growth areas: e-commerce business in China and other parts of Asia (emerging markets), Cloud Computing, Electric Vehicles (EVs)!

They are in strong financial position, so I don't think any short term - medium term issues with their debts/bankruptcy etc.

Average analysts price target is around $324, so the stock is currently trading at 25% below average analysts price target. 52 week high is $320 meaning the stock is currently trading 25% below its 52 week high.

Finally, I personally think $BABA stock is a buy below $250/share!
