Interviewing Ika was so eye opening and interesting I have invited her back (watch out for a Bonus podcast on setting up her e-commerce business)! Ika is both open and honest, as well as inspiring and realistic. She shares her journey to starting her consultancy, and the inspiration to start her online jewellery store (which uses gems that don't destroy the Earth!), as well as the pitfalls she has encountered. Definitely grab a cuppa and sit in!
