Sam’s Club has unveiled its futuristic store in Grapevine, Texas, transforming the shopping experience. This innovative location features checkout-free shopping through the Scan & Go tool, associates using mobile point-of-sale systems, and a 6,000-square-foot space dedicated to e-commerce fulfillment with refrigerated totes and high-speed doors for seamless order processing. A pizza-making robot produces up to 100 pizzas per hour, while 32 pickup parking spots and a digital-order cubby system support a strong omnichannel approach. Shoppers can explore interactive "inspiration spaces" and purchase online-exclusive products via QR codes. Enhancing the welcoming atmosphere, the store includes a mural by a Texas artist and a large sushi island. This new concept merges physical and digital shopping, boosting customer loyalty and meeting evolving consumer needs.
