How to Update Shipping on eBay in Bulk | Update Shipping for Multiple Listings from eBay Dashboard

Shipping is one of the most important things in the eCommerce business. It is a continuous process in the online retail business. Shipping method frequently needs to be changed/updated, because your production can be late, or you can be on vacation.

In eBay, faults in shipping may impact the store as well as business. So, we need to update our shipping method to protect and improve account health. Being an eBay seller with a large number of listings, we may need to change the shipping frequently.

In this video, we have discussed the steps of updating shipping methods in bulk on eBay. So keep watching till the end of this video to know about the full process.

First, follow the below steps-

✅Log in to your eBay seller account.
✅Hover over My eBay then click on selling
✅From the seller Hub, hover over Listings and then click on Active

You can see your active listings here. Select the listings for which you want to change the shipping method. Now, at first click on Edit, and then click on Edit selected.

It takes a few moments to process according to the number of listings you selected. Then a pop-up window will appear asking for your confirmation.

✅Click on OK.
✅Click the topmost select button to select all the listings again
✅Click on Edit fields
✅Choose Shipping (domestic)
(You can update other properties as well by selecting in the same process.)

From the top left dropdown bar-

✅Select Edit listings in bulk and then
✅choose Change to from the Domestic shipping drop-down bar.

Now a new dropdown menu will come up right to the Domestic shipping.
You can select your desired Shipping method from this dropdown menu. Also, you can edit an existing Shipping method or Create a new Shipping method by clicking on Create.

✅Now click on the Save and Close button.

That’s all you have to do to update shipping on eBay in bulk.
