What does it take to be an entrepreneur? Dylan Gambardella and Justin Lafazan share their unique formula for thinking like an entrepreneur. They show that not everyone has to be an entrepreneur to think like one and that adopting an entrepreneurial mindset is one of the first keys to growth. They use the acronym MOMENTUM as the foundation for this idea and demonstrate how momentum turns a dream turns into reality. Forbes 30-Under-30 honorees and Co-CEOs of NextGen HQ, Dylan Gambardella, and Justin Lafazan have spent the larger part of the last decade seeking to best understand how young people can unlock their greatest potential and succeed at work and life. Through their work building NextGen HQ (and as Forbes 30 Under 30 honorees), they have been fortunate enough to spend time with some of the world’s leading entrepreneurs. They have made it their mission to spread word of this entrepreneurial mindset by sharing how it can be cultivated to help young people around the globe achieve their dreams.
