SellerCloud is the most popular third-party multi-channel software in the world. SellerCloud is integrated with over 50 sales channels like Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify, etc. It simplifies your operations and seamlessly controls your inventory, catalog, purchasing, and fulfillment. SellerCloud is the ultimate solution for your e-commerce business.
So, let's take a look into the process:
✔First, log in to your SellerCloud account, and you will see the home page.
✔ Then hover over the Inventory tab and click Manage Inventory
✔ On this page, you have to select the company name first that is integrated with your eBay account.
✔ Then click on the “Advanced Search” option Select eBay mode from the “Mode” dropdown and then click Search below. Here you will see the inventory Mode is now eBay.
✔ Search with the item’s SKU in the SKU field that you want to list on eBay. And then you will find the item if the SKU is listed on Sellercloud.
✔ On the right side, you will see that the item is enabled for the eBay marketplace. Then click on the SKU and you will see the eBay properties page where you have to put the necessary information for the eBay listing.
✔ Here, at first, you have to enable this item for eBay by giving the tick mark in this check box.
✔ Then you have to put SKUs in the SKU field.
✔ After that, you have to give the price in the “Auction Start Price” & “Buy It Now Price” fields. Then select the correct category & condition for your item in the eBay Category & Condition field.
✔ Then you have to fill up the necessary Item Specifics for your items by clicking on the Item Specifics field.
✔ Here you will see two types, eBay specifics, and Custom specifics. In the eBay Specifics, it will ask for some mandatory information for the item. In the Custom specifics, you will be able to add specifications on your own.
✔ After that, you have to select the Shipping Template & Description Template. Please note that if the eBay Description Template is integrated with the SellerCloud account only then you can select the integrated Description Template otherwise you have to select the default Standard Template.
✔ Then you have to select the default images and description images for the item by clicking here.
✔After that, you have to provide the item name in the “Top title” field and tick mark the “top title approved” field.
✔ Then you have to provide the Shipping Weight and the Shipping dimension in the appropriate fields.
✔Then you have to click on “Change” in the Product Description field to provide a description for your listing
✔ You can also mention here in which country or city you want to sell your item. Also, you can schedule time for your listing by selecting “schedule listing on” and providing the scheduled time.
✔ After giving all this information, you have to save it finally.
✔If all the required information is given, it will show a green tick mark here like this.
✔Here another thing that I want to show you are this green tick mark will remain a red cross mark until all the required information is given for your listing like this. I am showing this as an example it’s a different listing and if you take your mouse on the red cross mark, it will show you which are the required field for your listing. And when all the required information is given it will show a green tick mark like this.
✔Finally, when your item is ready to list, you have to go here and select “List on eBay” from the dropdown. Then click “Go” to list your item.
So, this is how you can simply list an item on eBay via SellerCloud.
