Learn how to issue refunds for your Shopify orders with Sellercloud. All you need to do is create a return merchandise authorization (RMA) in Sellercloud and your order will be refunded automatically in your Shopify store.

Here’s how you can update your Shopify order with a refund status:

► Click the Orders tab and open Action menu - ”Create RMA”
► Select the return reason and an optionable detailed description
► Click “Edit” and update the approval status per item
► Set the “Return resolution” to “Refund” along with the refund amount and your comments
► Enter your notes so you can process your refund
