1. Install plugin
2. Activate
3. Setup

Two ways to install plugin:
1. Install via WordPress admin
2. Install by downloading the plugin from woocommerce and extract it to the plugins directory. You can do this step if you are getting failed notification installing plugin via wp-admin.

I am using Laragon for my local web server.
