How to Find a Buyers Phone Number & Email on EBAY!

When you’re selling on eBay, you might need to get in touch with a buyer. If they’ve already purchased an item from you, you’ll be able to contact them through eBay messages, email, or phone number.

You can find an eBay customer’s phone number or email address in the “View order details” page.

For privacy reasons, eBay no longer displays personal email addresses. However, you can still contact the buyer through email using their "Buyer Alias Email Address.” This email alias, ending in @members.ebay.com, is unique to your communications with each individual buyer. Messages sent using eBay alias addresses go through eBay servers before reaching a members registered email address. eBay’ email alias addresses support PDF, DOC, TXT, JPG, GIF, JPEG, PNG, BMP, and TIFF attachments (up to a maximum size of 10 MB).

Also, you’ll find your customers phone number in the “View order details” page. If no number is showing, then your buyer didn’t register a phone number with eBay.
