In this video, we have discussed how a Legal heir can file ITR in case of a Deceased Assessee. The legal heir has to register as a representative in order to fulfill the e-Filing activity of the deceased.

The legal heir is required to file the ITR in case of death of the assessee, and to file the ITR of the deceased legal heir has to perform some formalities in order to file the ITR of the deceased.
