Passion is what drives you, but is it enough to make you an entrepreneur?
Passion is a very intricate word with each syllable that invokes a feeling so strong that it fills
our eyes with glimmer. Rewinding to a few months back when shashank had to travel to uchagaon
which is situated on the outskirts of Uttar Pradesh, nearby Bulandshahar for some work.
He met a boy of nearly 11yrs old. Fascinated to see an off-roader 4x4 on the roads of his
village, the same path just in opposite directions. with such a spark of passion in his eyes, He
could not help but stop. He asked him to hop in and we spent a good amount of time driving in
the countryside. To my surprise, he was aware of all the specifications of the vehicle. This
reminded me of myself as a kid who had a knack for cars just like him. He asked me if he
could click some pictures with me and send them to his parents. He wanted to show the
village what he had experienced. Mr. Shashank Pandey is the Founder/CEO of a Leading hotel chain based out of Uttarakhand & U.P. With over 14 years of successful entrepreneurship, that was envisioned with the idea of creating luxury stay experiences amidst serene locations, he has managed to create an impeccable yet eco-sustainable & contemporary hotels, promoting rural employment with several innovative ideas to improve businesses.
