HOW I MAINTAIN MY EBAY & SHOPIFY STORE ($30k+ Per Month)

When it comes to successfully maintaining an eBay and Shopify store that makes over $30,000 per month, there or something that you need to make sure you do to make sure that your e-commerce business plan smoothly.

The first thing that you need to make sure that you do every single month is to make sure that you're doing a monthly stock check, if you are doing Dropshipping this doesn't necessarily apply to you, but you still need to make sure that there is enough inventory to serve your customers, this is because eBay tends to penalise sellers that run out of stock.

The second thing that I do monthly, is look for new winning products to add to my e-commerce store whether my eBay or Shopify store. There are many ways that you can look for new winning products to add to your e-commerce store, you can look at your competitors or you can use a product research software.

And finally you need to make sure that you're doing your bookkeeping every single month, and not just bookkeeping you need to make sure that you're doing data reporting so that you know whether a product is loosing money or making money.
