Under his leadership, the company has made significant strides to enable almost island-wide access to telecommunication services, with emphasis on bridging the digital gap in rural communities. Stephen’s vision is to power Jamaica on a fully-fibre, high-speed network and as such, he has launched Project Blue Home as a proactive approach to network rehabilitation and modernisation.
His commitment to industry development has also brought renewed focus to Western Jamaica for the delivery of improved mobile and fixed network performance to support the tourism, hospitality and business process outsourcing sectors.
