Mr. Ashish Aggarwal Founder & CEO of SpaceMantra, presented his views on Jobs and Salary Increments and illuminated the masses stating the fact that most assigned positions over the last 2 years in India were in the field of E-Commerce. He further said that the trend of employment in the field is expected to intensify because of the preferences of consumers to shop online. Everybody ranging from startups to established brands wants to sell online.
Ashish Aggarwal also referred to a report, per which there is around a 12.5% salary increment to be anticipated in the E-Commerce Industry. This is due to the high-end demand for innovation, modern technology, and home-grown brands.
