Halloween Trading w/RDT where Patience Pays Off! Includes Reviews from Friday Day and Sunday Night

Hey traders! I know that it’s been a while since I’ve been able to share any trading with you—and the real part of it is, I haven’t had much time to trade lately. Being with the whole team in London, well, it inspired me to dedicate more time to trading and creating these videos that walk you through my mindset as I’m choosing when or when not to take a trade.

There was a LOT of bouncing around yesterday and patience was absolute KEY! I did see many trades “pass me by” but the truth about most of those were, it was going to take off in a way that made it difficult for me to have the proper risk on the trade. And if I’m being very honest, my mind was on longs the entire time. I was struggling to trust any of the shorts as they were pulling into strong areas of support that lined up with the 10946 EMAs.

Due to this mindset, I was struggling to pull the trigger on any of the short moves, waiting for the long moves to show themselves. I also had moved down to 3 contracts because I pulled a large chunk out of my account and due to the fact that I wanted to make sure my mindset was in the right place as I was getting back into the flow of things.

They say it’s like riding a bike—and since it has been years for me to get on a bike, it might take a few minutes to stabilize myself… And you can guarantee, it would take a much longer time before I let myself let go of the handlebars. The same thing happens in trading. If you haven’t been up in the saddle for a while, you’ll want to take things a little slow as you settle back in to the groove.

Long story short, we look over the trades I took Friday day and Sunday evening while we watch the one I took on Halloween play out.
