The most SIMPLE Habits but SO effective.

1. Having a routine. If you can create the perfect MORNING routine for yourself... GIRL. This is transformative. It'll set your whole day up and you'll feel like "OMG" why didn't I do this before? A solid NIGHT routine is also important...BUT baby, baby.... baby steps, i know i know.

2. Planning & journaling. So, I admit... I am not a planner... or someone who journals... BUT let me tell you. It makes a huge difference. PLUS we forget things! It's truly not hard to plan. Like stop it... I'm you... haha I know the excuses lol take 5 minutes on Sunday and set up your week! It makes a difference. Journaling. OMG. Don't sleep on this! This one habit has made a huge difference on my brain lol. DUMPING all of those thoughts somewhere. On the paper. Makes you feel like you RELEASE whatever it is on your mind.

3. Meditation. PRACTICE makes PERFECT! I need to take my own advice, it can feel like you don't have the time, BUT MAKE IT. It doesn't have to be long. One day, it'll be second nature and it will be something we look forward to! If you have not tried guided meditation, DO IT! It's so good! It really helps you escape the chatter in your brain. I personally use Spotify and an app called headspace. Just type in Spotify, guided medication and there will be so many free options for you. We have sooo many resources nowadays we have no excuses! haha

4. Reading. Podcasts. Audible.
Not a reader? Neither was I. Just cmon. Pick up a book, ONE you're interested in and start small. Do a few pages here and there and you'll see... you will start to enjoy it. Be consistent with this and it will become habitual. ALL of these habits will. If you're like "no Melisa... I will not read..." pick a book on audible or the many FREE podcasts that are available to us... You can do one or the other. Make the commitment NOW TO DO IT. NO EXCUSES MAM.

5. FITNESS. GET ACTIVE. Don't be shy girrrrrl.
Listen. I can go on and on and on about working out. I HEAR YOU! "Melisa it's so hard. Melisa I don't have time, MELISA I have better things to do." That is your ego trying TO ROAST YOU. This is the magic of life I swear haha. FITNESS gives you so much energy. You FEEL better about yourself. You'll gain confidence bc of how it's making you look. It's overall an action. A habit. That will make you feel INCREDIBLE. We are meant to be physical beings. NOT potatoes. lol No offense buuuuuuuut likkkkkke. GO outside for a walk. Be in this beautiful world. Move that perfect body of yours. YOU ARE blessed to be in the body you are in, living the life you've been chosen for. NOW TAKE care of her and take her out for a damn walk!! I mean just look up the science behind physical activity! There are SOOO many reasons to get active NOW but let YOU be the reason why you start today. YOU deserve to be the best you. To feel your best. TO LIVE YOUR BEST! NOW GET UP and get in gear! TODAY! I am here and doing it WITH YOU! You are NEVER EVER EVER alone. DON'T you forget it! You have all of us here and we all LOVE YOU.

There. Now you have it. The not so secret secrets that make living a little bit easier and more enjoyable for us all! :P If you can't include all of these, BABY steps and try ONE at a time. Just one. I promise you can do it!
