The University of Waterloo’s Entrepreneurship @ Environment (E@E) office, the Commission for Environmental Cooperation (CEC), and the CEC’s EcoInnovation Network have joined forces to develop a six-part series of online workshops exploring key ideas in green entrepreneurship. These live workshops will bring together key researchers, successful entrepreneurs, and dedicated youth from across North America in a series of engaging and interactive 90-minute sessions.
The first session tackles the question: “What is a Green Entrepreneur?” with informative presentations from three key speakers and an interesting Q & A session at the end. The session features presentations from Brock Dickinson, who is the Entrepreneur-in-Residence at the University of Waterloo, Bob Irvin, the Executive Director of Joules Accelerator based in Charlotte, NC, and Stephen Wilson, the Director of Operations at Foresight Cleantech Accelerator based in Vancouver, BC.
