Hey everyone,

Dayu here, from EcommOps

If you're a shopify or woocommerce dropshipper starting with generic Chinese Aliexpress products then one of your goals is probably extending the lifetime of your product and actually building a sustainable brand and business out of it.

Most dropshippers are going to think this is too difficult, or too expensive, or too much upfront risk. It really isn't, if you know what you're doing and work with the right supplier or agent.

This video is a short case study on how we at EcommOps helped a real client scale just ONE product to (almost) 7 figures. And this is purely from the supply chain perspective, as there is plenty out there from the marketing perspective.

In this video we discuss how choosing the right shipping lines, thoughtful branding, and customizing the product in the right way helped our client scale with confidence, raise his selling price, and end up with more than double the net margins before he worked with us....all without taking significant upfront risk.

Unfortunately we cannot share the product for our client's privacy, but I go through each step of what we did, which can be applied generally to pretty much anything out there.

Our client Damon Dixon's bio is below, and you can reach him on IG @daemn_
